Juneca pasteta (Beef pate)

Sastojci: 300g kuvane junetine (moze preostale iz supe), 3 tvrdo kuvana jajeta, 3 kisela krastavcica, kasika senfa, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, so, biber.


Priprema:
1. Junetinu, jaja i krastavcice dobro samleti u secku. 
2. Zaciniti solju, biberom, senfom i kiselom pavlakom.
3. Sve dobro izmesati.



Ingredients: 300g of cooked beef (or from soup), 3 hard-boiled eggs, 3 pickles, tablespoon mustard, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt and pepper.


Preparation:
1. Beef, eggs and pickles grind well in food processor.
2. Season with salt, pepper, mustard and sour cream.
3. Stir well.

Rolne od sunke (Ham rolls)

Sastojci: 200g sunke, 250g samlevenog pileceg belog mesa (moze preostalo od pecenja ili iz supe), 2 tvrdo kuvana jajeta, 2-3 kisela krastavcica, 3 kasike sitno seckanog persuna, so, biber, 200ml kisele pavlake, malo senfa.


Priprema:
1. Iseckati jaja i krastavcice, izmesati sa mesom.
2. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dobro izmesati sa umucenim senfom, kiselom pavlakom i persunom.
3. Na svaku snitu sunke staviti nadev, zaviti u rolnu i do sluzenja drzati u frizideru.



Ingredients: 200g of ham, 250g minced chicken white meat (can be left over from baking or soup), 2 hard boiled eggs, 2-3 pickles, 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, 200ml sour cream, a little mustard.


Preparation:
1. Finely chop eggs and pickles. Mix with the meat.
2. Add salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly with the beaten mustard, sour cream and parsley.
3. On each slice of ham, put stuffing, wrap in a roll and keep in  refrigerate until serving.

Rolat od spanaca (Spinach rolls)

Sastojci: za koru - 6 jaja, 6 kasika brasna, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, 6 kasika griza, 500g spanaca, 2 kasike ulja, so; za fil - 300g sunke, 500g krem sira, 200ml kisele pavlake.


Priprema:
1. Brasno pomesajte sa praskom za pecivo i solju. Spanac obarite i sitno iseckajte.
2. Umutite zumanca pa dodajte brasno, griz i spanac. 
3. Umasu lagano umesajte sneg od belanaca.
4. Testo sipajte u podmazan i brasnom posut pleh i pecite oko 20 minuta (zavisno od rerne) na 180°C. 
5. Peceno testo stavite na vlaznu krpu i urolajte.
6. Umutite sir sa kiselom pavlakom, pa premazite rolat. Preko poredjajte listove sunke, pa urolajte. 
7. Zaviti u alu foliju i ohladiti u frizideru.



Ingredients: for crust - 6 eggs, 6 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 6 tbsp semolina, 500g spinach, 2 tbsp oil, salt, for filling - 300g ham, 500g cream cheese, 200ml sour cream.


Preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Cook spinach and chop finely.
2. Beat egg yolks and add the flour, semolina and spinach.
3. Gently stir in the egg whites snow.
4. Pour dough into greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan and bake about 20 minutes (depending on oven) at 180°C.
5. Fried dough put into a wet kitchen cloth and roll.
6. Whip cream cheese with sour cream, and brush roll. Put ham sheets over cheese, and roll again.
7. Wrap in aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator.

Musaka od kelja (Kale moussaka)

Sastojci: 1 1/2 kg kelja, 1 kafena soljica pirinca, 300g mlevenog mesa, 1 glavica crnog luka (iseckanog), 250ml kisele pavlake, 4 jajeta, 125g margarina, vegeta, biber.


Priprema:
1. Kelj ocistite i skuvajte u slanoj vodi. 
2. Kuvane listove kelja, ocedite i ohladite.
3. Skuvati pirinac, ocediti i ohladiti.
4. Luk dinstati na ulju da postane staklast. Dodati mleveno meso i biber, pa dinstati zajedno, a pred kraj dodati pirinac.
5. Pavlaku pomesati sa zumancima i zaciniti vegetom. Dodati masi od mesa.
6. Umutite belanca i lagano umesajte u masu. 
7. Pleh namazite margarinom, poslazite listove kelja, a preko stavite sloj nadeva od mesa. Postupak ponovite sve dok ne utrosite sastojke. 
8. Odozgo narendati margarin i peci 40 minuta na 200°C.



Ingredients: 1 1/2 kg kale, 1 coffee cup rice, 300g minced meat, 1 onion (chopped), 250ml sour cream, 4 eggs, 125g margarine (butter), vegetable seasoning, pepper.


Preparation:
1. Clean the kale and cook in salted water.
2. Drain boiled kale leaves. Cool.
3. Cook rice, drain and cool.
4. Heat oil over medium-low heat and fry onion until lightly brown. Add miced meat and pepper. Simmer together and add the rice at the end. Stir.
5. Mix sour cream with the egg yolks and season with vegetable seasoning. Add to the meat mixture.
6. Whip the egg whites and gently stir in the mixture.
7. Grease the baking pan with margarine, place kale leaves and put a layer of filling. Repeat until you spend all ingredients.
8. Lay pieces of margarine on top and bake 40 minutes at 200°C.

Palacinke sa spanacem (Spinach crepes)

Sastojci: gotove palacinke, 400 g spanaca, 30 margarina (putera), 2 cena belog luka, 350 ml kisele pavlake, 2 jajeta, muskatni orah, so.


Priprema:
1. Spanac operite, ocistite i blansirajte 3 minuta u posoljenoj kipucoj vodi. Ocedite.
2. Na margarinu proprzite seckani beli luk. Dodati spanac, muskatni orah i so. Dobro promesati i skloniti sa sporeta. Ostavite da se ohladi.
3. U ohladjenu masu umesati 150ml kisele pavlake i jaje.
4. U posebnoj ciniji umutiti jaje sa 200ml kisele pavlake. 
5. Na svaku palacinku staviti nadev od spanaca, presaviti palacinku na pola, pa opet na pola, redjati u podmazanu vatrostalnu posudu. 
6. Sve prelijte jajima sa umucenom kiselom pavlakom i pecite 45 min. na 170°C. 



Ingredients: ready-made pancakes, 400g spinach, 30g margarine (butter), 2 cloves garlic, 350ml sour cream, 2 eggs, nutmeg, salt.


Preparation:
1. Clean and wash spinach; cook 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain.
2. In a pan, heat the butter over medium-low heat until melted. Add chopped garlic and fry 1-2 min. Add spinach, grated nutmeg and salt. Stir well and remove from stove. Allow to cool.
3. Stir in 150ml of sour cream and 1 egg.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg with 200ml of sour cream.
5. Add spinach stuffing on every crepes, fold crepes in half, then again in half, put in a greased ovenproof dish.
6. Pour with beaten egg+sour cream and bake for 45 minutes at 170°C.

Brokoli u lisnatom testu (Broccoli in a puff pastry)

Sastojci: 250g lisnatog testa, 450g brokolija, 150g trapista, 3 jajeta, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, so, biber, 50g badema iseckanih na listice, malo vode.


Priprema: 
1. Brokoli ocistite i razdvojte na cvetice, operite i kuvajte u posoljenoj vodi oko 5 minuta. Ocedite i prohladite. 
2. U ciniji pomesajte 2 jaja, narendani sir i kiselu pavlaku, posolite, pobiberite pa dodajte brokoli.
3. Lisnato testo razvucite u pravougaonik debljine 3 mm, pa smesu od brokolija rasporedite na jednu polovinu testa. Preklopite testo i stavite u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje.
4. Umutite jaje sa malo vode, premazite testo, pa pospite bademima.
5. Pecite oko 30 minuta.



Ingredients: 250g puff pastry, 450g broccoli, 150g Trappist cheese, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt, pepper, 50g ​​almonds thinly sliced, a little water.


Preparation:
1. Clean the broccoli and separate the flowers, wash and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
2. In a bowl mix 2 eggs, grated cheese and sour cream, salt, pepper and add the broccoli.
3. Develop the puff pastry into a rectangle 3 mm thick, and arrange the broccoli mixture of one half of the dough. Fold the dough and place in baking pan coated with baking paper.
4. Beat the egg with a little water, brush the dough and sprinkle with almonds.
5. Bake about 30 minutes or until baked (depending on your oven).
